These ceramic vials are great diffusers — perfume oils evaporate through the cork (corks may leak, please use caution when filling or wearing). They are also great for holding small treasures and fairy dust, or remove the cork and fill with small flowers. Hang in bathrooms, from rear-view mirrors, in windows, or anywhere! Vials are about 1-1/2 to 2 inches high, including cork (images slightly enlarged to show detail). Each vial hangs from white satin cord. One of each ceramic vial is available — the items you see in the pictures are the exact items you will receive. I didn’t make these, they are left over from the days when I used to sell retail items in addition to my own jewelry, but I did add the accent beads and cords.

msb-ssmermaid.jpg

$90.00 - Item #J001SSMD

ON SALE - NOW $70.00

The sea is calling… The lampwork beads in this eye-catching bracelet were created by Brendan Blake, an American glass artist whose life’s passion is to help others see the world as a wonderful and magical place. Features heavy 18-gauge sterling silver links, lobster claw clasp, accents of Czech glass, a sterling silver mermaid charm, and a star-shaped freshwater pearl. Measures 8-inches long, but due to the size of the lampwork beads (about 10×14mm) its actual diameter fits a 7 to 7-1/2 inch wrist. I can add sterling silver links to make the bracelet longer, if desired, for an additional $3.00 resizing fee - please make a note in the comments section of the order form when ordering. Bracelet designed and created in my private studio. This item is a one-of-a-kind work of jewelry art. What you see here is exactly the item you will receive, and there is only one. Gift boxed.

Swirls and spirals are a common motif in Celtic and ancient Irish art. Some well-known examples are Newgrange and the Book of Kells. Niamh (pronounced “neev”) is a fairy queen in Irish mythology who fell in love with a mortal and kept him with her in the land of Tir na nOg for 300 years.

“IMAGINE” original art by Jen

January 2nd, 2007 by monkeyshinesbeadery

I’ve added “IMAGINE” to my Cafe Press store. I drew it back in 1995 (using pen and colored pencil), but recently reworked it digitally using the Linux GIMP application. Inspired by John Lennon’s song “Imagine,” it reminds me of those colorful tie-dyes of the ’60s… Available on shirts, cards, mugs and more at Cafe Press. The little icon above is only a small portion of the entire image, which includes a fairy, dragon, potion, stars, trees and more. The tote bag is perfect for library books!
