When you place an order, I ask for your email address so that I can confirm your order and send you payment instructions, and your name and a shipping address so I can send you your order. Your phone number is optional and ONLY used in the event I cannot reach you by email.

Credit card payments are only accepted through Pay Pal. This is a well-known secure service owned by the popular site eBay and I have been using it for more than 6 years. Any credit card information, bank account numbers, or other personal information you provide to Pay Pal remains with Pay Pal and I have no access to it.

I keep records of my customers names, addresses, & phone numbers (if provided) in my Yahoo email address book. I keep dates and brief descriptions of the order(s) you place, just for personal reference so that I know if you are a returning customer and I can thank you for coming back!

I do keep copies of any email we exchange, but all email is deleted about 3-6 months after I know you have received your order.

If you send me a thank you message or provide positive feedback, I will usually add it to my customer comments page. However, I do not print full names, and I do not provide locations or any other identifying information with the comment.

I NEVER share any information with anyone under any circumstances. I don’t even have any employees who might see it — I am the sole artist, salesperson, webmistress, business contact, owner and secretary of MONKEYSHINES.
